So much for minding your own business–three Los Angeles women were having none of that as they witnessed what appeared to be the set up for the date rape of a woman they didn’t know.

Sonia Ulrich, Marla Saltzer and Monica Kenyon tell KABC were at the Fig Restaurant at the Fairmont Miramar Hotel in Santa Monica Friday night when they say they saw a man open a vial and pour it into his date’s drink when she wasn’t looking.

When the young woman headed to the Ladies Room, the trio followed and clued her into what was going on.

The woman was apparently shocked, saying she’d worked with the man for more than a year and considered him one of her best friends.

Still, she believed the women, went back to the table, trying to act as if nothing had happened.

Meanwhile, the three women contacted the restaurant manager who called police.

Santa Monica police confirm they arrested a man at the restaurant after finding him with many vials of an unidentified clear substance.

Here’s to the sheroes who spoke up!

Sonia shared their Charlie’s Angels-type adventure on her Facebook page.

It’s been shared more than 140,000 times.
