New Wedding Photos For Couple 38 Years After Originals Lost In A House Fire

Daughter recreates wedding photos for her parents after the original photos were lost in a house fire 38 years ago.

Wedding photos.

Few things are more precious to a happily married couple.

That’s why Ashleigh Bing’s heart broke for her parents.

Jennifer and Timothy Bing’s wedding photos were lost in a house fire only two weeks after they were married.

That was almost four decades ago!

This is the only photo that remains from Jennifer and Timothy Bing's wedding 38 years ago. The other wedding photos were lost in a house fire.

With her parents’ anniversary coming up this summer, Ashleigh came up with a brilliant idea: Recreate the photos!

How very convenient that Ashleigh happens to be a wedding photographer.

She told ABC7.com that she pulled out all the stops-renting a gown and a tuxedo for her mom and dad.

Flowers, hair, make-up.

No detail was overlooked.

The best ingredient of all–the incredible love and devotion between Jennifer and Timothy, that they already had.

They shot the photos outside the Washington National Cathedral and the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, D.C.

What a happy day to share!
