Pizza Hut Workers Paddle Through Harvey Flood Waters To Deliver Hot Pizza

Pizza Hut in Texas figures out a way to load pizzas onto kayaks and deliver hot pizza to folks stuck in their homes because of flooding after Hurricane Harvey.

Pizza Hut is topping itself by delivering hot pizza pies to folks stuck in their homes due to flooding from Hurricane Harvey.

Shayda Habib is the manager of Pizza Hut in Oak Lake, Texas.  She told MSNBC that she’s pregnant, but still found a way to help out her fellow Texans.

They stacked up kayaks and got their deliveries started.

“We packed 120 pizzas into kayaks and took them out to people in their homes,” Habib told KCRA. “The people in the houses didn’t expect us to come. It was so nice to see their smiles after so much gloom.”
