“Inside Edition” Host Deborah Norville Shares The Health Scare That Inspired Her To Lose 30 Pounds

Inside Edition host Deborah Norville shares how a recent health scare motivated her to make some big changes and lose 30 lbs.

Norville says she made one key change to her daily routine

Deborah Norville is one of the most recognized faces on television. She’s been the host of “Inside Edition” since 1995.

But Norville has been keeping a secret from viewers.

She says she hasn’t felt good about herself or her health for at least 10 years.

A frank, heart-to-heart talk with her doctor earlier this year and a family history of heart disease was the kick in the you-know-what Norville says she needed to start making drastic changes.

Her big change?

She cut out sugar from her diet.

It’s almost as big as what she has chosen NOT to do.

Norville sat down with GMA’s Robin Roberts.

I’m really happy to see Norville doing so well. She’s always been so kind and gracious to me when our professional paths have crossed.

A few years back when I was doing a night time radio show, she was nice enough to come on and share one of the obstacles she faced early in her career.

Norville is also a best-selling author. You might want to check out her books, which could make super, uplifting gifts this holiday season.

And if you like her books, you might like my latest, as well.
