Clearly, it doesn't take long for good news to travel!
About a week and a half ago I featured Leslie Grant here on DarynKagan.com.
She's the mom who's come up a creative and fun way to teach kids about making healthy food choices. It's called, "Chickin Feed."
No sooner is she featured here, than Rachel Ray's people fly her up to New York City to be on one of the hottest daytime show around.
Leslie shared with me that first they sent a crew of 3 people down to Atlanta and spent the entire day at her house. A little different than when I came over. That day, just before Christmas, was just me and my camera. Yeah, that's one of the stories I shot myself.
Big crew or small, I'm sure Rachel Ray folks found the same thing I did. A home buzzing with the fun energy of young children and a fun, warm mom who simply decided to create something for her family that she didn't have when she was growing up---a good nutritional background.
You know me. I just love people who skip over the blame game and go straight to creating whatever they think is missing in their lives.
Leslie's passion is clearly paying off for her family, many other kids, and now Rachel Ray!
