What Visitors Are Saying About DarynKagan.com

May 2008

I can't thank you enough for creating this Web site. As a homemaker, I can't tell you how many moms I have talked to who think the news is often depressing and at times, only shows the worst in people. We've pretty much come to the same conclusion – that sometimes you just have to turn off the news for a few days, or a week or more, because it's so depressing, often disturbing, and makes you wonder what a world it's become! I try to keep my focus by telling myself that the majority of people I meet on a day-to-day basis are generally good people. I mean, at least I'd like to believe that I come into contact with more good people than bad. Thank you for showing us the good things people are doing and for giving us hope that the world isn't such a bad place after all. P.S. I've added your Web site to my "Favorites" list. Thanks!

Great Job Daryn!  You've done a great job in a not so perfect world and during a not so wonderful point in our history but you've managed to show that there is hope.

Good on you for what you do.  I truly see DarynKagan.com going a long, long way.

Dear Daryn,

I have been so blessed by you through these daily videos!  What you have in DarynKagan.com is a ministry of hope, love, and inspriation.
This is exactly what the world needs now.  And yes, I often sing that song "What the world needs now is love sweet love..." after watching your segments after I've finished wiping away the tears.  :-}
I just want you to know that I am praying for you each day as I receive these and lifting you up for blessing and favor.  Keep up the good work and the good news.

Grace and Peace,

...the opportunity you present to the world to see that there are such positive stories out there every day to enjoy and inspire.  You have done something I have always thought about doing, highlighting the good in this world, when too often our news seems filled with devastation, pain and negative stories.  What the world needs is to see itself through your eyes and that is exactly what you are offering us, for which I say "Thank you Daryn Kagan."                                                                                                                  Jim Gleason, Heart Transplant Recipient                                                Beverly, NJ

Daryn, your idea for your web-site is simply brilliant. All of us on this earth have experienced challenges, that, at times, may seem overwhelming. Yet, we all have the capability to advance and overcome with the attitudes of hope, gratitude and desire. The life stories you so honestly bring to our awareness inspire, motivate and build belief. I use them for a "daily does of feeling positive". Please allow me to congratulate you.                                Allen McIver                                                                                                     LeDuc, Alberta, Canada

Keep up the good work, and thanks again for all you've done
and all you continue to do to show the world that it isn't all bad
news. There are good things that happen each day, and they tend not to
get recognition. You are helping to change that, and it inspires us
all to be the kind of person we know we should be. Thank you for the
fine example you've provided by simply being yourself and following
your own path. Rock on....

I'm starting to love the Daryn Kagan site for it's upbeat collection of stories. I try to spread the source of news around, but she seems to have a great eye for good stories.

No one should ever be treated as if they do not matter.

In each of the stories on DarynKagan.com one sees this lived out and realizes that around our world health is restored, creativity unleashed, laugher unlocked, hope given, and people learning they matter.  When one does white water canoeing they always look for the dark blue water which is the way through the chaotic rapid.  They also look for the eddies which are quiet waters one can pull into for rest.  The stories of good news help us find that deep blue water and eddies in the midst of our chaotic world.

Thank you for giving us a nice comfortable place on the web.
Your internet space is terrific. I'm in the demographic that nobody
wants, as I am 68 years old. But I felt welcomed when I saw your over
60 category for stories. I hope you have great success.

Thank you for creating a place where we can all go to remember that there is good in this world.  We are all inundated with hateful negativity.  The greatest gift is to touch a heart.  Today, you touched mine.
Christine Nolan - Carol Stream, IL

It looks like you are off to a good start.  One item of particular interest to me, when I saw you were starting the sight is, "Darynkagan.com has no religious or political affiliation". This is soooo important to me to find a place that is positive, yet gets away from the political and religious bias. Keep up the good work,
Don Cardiff - Albion, IL

It has become a part of my morning routine. With so much disconcerting news out there it's nice to have a reminder that there is alot of good. Good caring people doing good and making a difference. It would be so awful to get so caught up in all the bad that we forget to enjoy, be part of, and encourage the good and uplifting. Thanks for filling a need in our society. Good luck to  you and your team in your endeavor!
