How A Dog Really Feels When It Is Adopted From The Shelter

This will come as no surprise to anyone who has a shelter dog they love!

A woman named Melanie Malanowski posted this video on her Facebook page on Friday.
She wanted to show the world what it love looks life.

She shared the ride home with her new dog she just adopted from a local shelter. A dog that had been listed with the warning, “approach with caustion-fearful.”

You want to see how a dog feels when they leave the shelter? Meet Oz… He was listed as "approach with caution- fearful" hmmmmm

Looks like the only thing Melanie needs to be scared of is getting too many kisses from one very happy dog!

It appears from her Facebook page that Melanie works with an organization called, “Ruff Tales Rescue” in Florida.

According to their website, they are a “volunteer-run dog rescue that is dedicated to saving the lives of abandoned dogs and redirecting them to stable, loving environments that serve as their forever home or the bridge to their forever home.”

As one who has had a shelter dog to love the last 15 1/2 years, I am a firm believer that there are no better dogs than shelter dogs!
