Kids’ Sweet Note To Injured Police Officer
Talk about the best medicine ever.
Connecticut police officer Anthony Nolan hurt his knee during a traffic stop which put him out of commission for a time.
But this isn’t just any police officer.
Today.com says this is a cop with a passion for helping out kids.
His love and attention is clearly making an impression.
Check out what Officer Nolan says he recently found taped to his front door.
It was a letter and drawing from 8-year-old Malik and 9-year-old Natasha.
Cue the Kleenex.
The kids thank Officer Nolan for “being like a dad to us” and reading to them.
This is no random police officer.
Officer Nolan knows these kids don’t have a dad, so he makes sure to visit them once a week and read to them.
Just to make sure Officer Nolan knows how much he is loved, the kids taped coins to the letter so that he could get some “coffay.”
Probably best cup ever!
Officer Nolan was so touched he had to share on his Facebook page where it’s going viral.
