MilesHusband Finds Amazing Summer Ireland Flights From West Coast

MilesHusband alert talks about rare opportunity to book non-stop flights from West Coast to Ireland using frequent flyer miles for new business class service on Aer Lingus.

How does a luxury flight to Ireland this summer sound?

MilesHusband has found a frequent flyer deal on Aer Lingus you should checkout.

There still are dates available July and August from LA or SFO in Aer Lingus’ brand new, fully-lie flat business class seats and brand new catering.

Why are MH’s eyes popping?

He’s sitting across our dining room table telling me, “These awards are usually nearly impossible to obtain non-stop from West coast. This is first time I have seen availability.”

Think You Don’t Have Enough Frequent Flyer Miles?

Great. “Who has Aer Lingus miles?” you ask.

Not a problem. MH says you can use United Mileage Plus or British Airways Avios.

And remember, if you have Chase Ultimate Rewards, these transfer into either United or British Airways mileage currency.

American Express Membership Rewards also transfer directly into British Airways Avios. Although, it will cost you more to use the Amex points.

Cost using miles:  70K per person per direction using United miles or 75K Avios.
Cost using your hard earned cash: $4,800 per ticket.

Space is also available from Boston, Chicago, JFK, Newark and Orlando and typically easier to find.

But Wait There’s More About This Connection To Ireland

MH adds that being able to use your points for non-stop travel from the West Coast to anywhere in Europe is tough.

This would be a great opportunity to check out, even if you fly coach.

Important detail: You don’t book these AerLingus tickets on AerLingus.

Book through United, Aeroplan, or British Airways.

Act Fast

MilesHusband expects these deals will be gone by the end of the weekend, January 29th.
