New Dad Meteorologist Tom Meiners Overcomes Missing Babysitter. Brings Baby Daughter To Work

New Dad Meteorologist Tom Meiners found himself in a tough spot last week.
One that all sorts of parents can relate to.
The babysitter didn’t show.
What’s a parent to do?

Took some quick thinking
It’s not like he could call in late when he was expected to be live on the air delivering weather forecasts for WBBJ in Jacksonville, Tennessee.
Way to rally, new Dad!
Way to multi-task! He doesn’t seem to miss a beat–cradling his daughter’s head, responding to her cooing and delivering a solid forecast.
Just one little tweak–Right off the top, he says, “A little babysitting here…”
NOTE TO TOM: Tom, it’s not babysitting when it’s your own kid. It’s called, “parenting.”
I’m sure you’ll figure it out quickly. You clearly have this Daddy thing down.
Meiner and his wife, Evan, shared in an earlier blog post that their baby girl was born June 18th.

They’re choosing not to share her name publicly for now.
Anyone who is as effortless as this little one on camera will, no doubt, be making a name for herself very soon.
This reminds me of another story
